What is your return policy?

If the product has a manufacturing defect upon arrival, you must contact Customer Service within one week of delivery. will arrange for the UPS pickup of the defective item for replacement or return (if replacement is not available) at no cost to you.

If you want to return an item for any reason other than it being defective, a 20% restocking fee will be charged to your order (refund 80% of the purchase price). You will be responsible to for the cost of shipping the item back to the warehouse.

All return items must be re-packaged in the original packaging.

How do I return/exchange an item?

Contact Customer Service regarding your return/exchange of the order. You must include your order number in the email. will provide instructions on how to return your item. Once the returned item is received at the warehouse, it will be exchanged (if defective) or a credit will be issued to your account as per the return policy.

When will I get my account credited for the refund?

Your account will be credited for the returned item, as per the return policy, once the warehouse receives the returned item.
